Introducing Others: I’m sure you know plenty of people who would like the same chance as you to earn extra money with FM Group and you could receive a percentage on all the orders they generate. To find out more see the Royalty presentation at www.fmgroup.org.uk or speak to your Sponsor or call Stu on 01473 288922 / 07760 191501 The easiest and cheapest way to find distributors is to talk to your friends and convert customers or hosts to business partners, but you may also wish to consider other recruiting methods. Newspaper Advertising: Newspaper advertising can work very well but it can also produce nothing sometimes, and you need to be prepared for both! If you have an email address make sure you include it in your advert, I have found over half of my enquiries now come via email as opposed to phone, hardly any come by post so your postal address is not worth including in the advert. A landline phone number rather than mobile is always better, people do not like phoning mobiles and it can appear like a dodgy advert. Ideally you should make sure you are near the phone ready to deal with the enquiries. If this is not possible make sure there is either an answer phone on or someone suitable who can take a message for you. The last thing you want is to pay for an advert, have loads or calls and miss them all! Advert Wording: Whether you are placing a small display or classified advert wording is normally limited so concentrating on basics is best, e.g. Earn Money Selling Perfume and Aftershave. Generous Commission. No experience Needed. Free Info. Or: New Perfume Company. Ground floor Opportunity. Ring for details. Or: FM Group is expanding rapidly. Perfume Distributors. Free Info Pack Or: Earn Extra Cash selling perfume. Hours to suit. No experience needed. Free Info Pack your Or for something a bit different: Do Your Remember L'arome? New Perfume Network. 100 Fragrances. Superb Opportunity. Free Info Pack Shop Windows: Local shop window ads as they are normally not as effective as local papers, but can be cheaper way to begin. These examples have produced some responses: We have work for street poster-email us for copy We have work for flyer-email us for copy We have work for shop card-email us for copy Opportunity In This Area Big A4 advert to attract new consultants Opportunity In This Area Small postcard size version Adverts and Flyers: Here are some more adverts and flyers you may wish to use to help promote your FM business: Are You Looking Advert third of page size ad Need Extra Income Advert third of page size ad Do You Like Perfume? long online ad or email (please do not spam, it is against company rules) Do You Remember L'arome? postcard size advert Mothers and Others Advert third of page size ad Earn Extra Cash for Christmas postcard size father Christmas advert Earn Cash for Xmas Clipart Advert third of page advert Earn Cash for Xmas Tree Ad excellent Christmas advert You can find more at www.multileveldevil.com use the password: allareone Making Local Contacts: One way to get started, in both retailing and sponsoring, particularly if you are new to the area, is to contact local organisations (charities, women's groups, churches etc) and say that you wish to help them raise money by you introducing FM Group products to their supporters and donating a percentage of sales made. Anyone who delivers things in your area is a possible local recruit. Dealing With Enquiries: You have received an enquiry or been past a lead. Find out where the interest came from, what do they know about FM Group already, how they intend to promote the products / business, if they have any previous experience and of course their name, address, tel no and email address. In most cases, if local, you should arrange to see them straightaway – if you need help with this please speak to your Sponsor. If the enquiry is not local to you send them to www.fmgroup.org.uk or send an Info Pack. Following Up: If you have not heard anything within 24-hours of sending someone to the site or three days after the pack has been sent out, you need to ring the prospect to make sure they received it ok and answer any questions they may have. This is the most important part of the whole process and failing to follow up enquiries is the main reason for slow growth. Always, always follow up. Some people will say no to the business, others will want longer to think about it (unfortunately that normally means no as well, still worth a call in a few weeks to check), it doesn’t matter. What you are looking for is bright, positive, enthusiastic people to join your team, it is a sorting process. Ask your sponsor about our ‘Dilemma’ emails. |
